Trump Pardons the Long Island Serial Killer

I spoke to some members of the Department of Justice that I worked with decades ago and that I have worked against for decades. This is as damn official as it gets.

Trump is going to Pardon Ghislaine Maxwell.

We all saw that coming.

The other things that Justice officials told me were not as predictable.

Trump is planning to pardon Sean “Puff Diddy” Combs. He believes it will make him popular amongst Black voters. Maybe. I don’t know.

He also plans to posthumously pardon Jeffrey Epstein. That means pardon him after he died. Really after Trump had him murdered. According to the officials at Justice Trump is going to claim that Epstein is a victim. The Deep State set him up. It drove a man of fragile sensibilities

to suicide.

Trump does not care about any possible repercussions because he rightly believes that his base is comprised of sexual deviants, pedophiles and depraved assholes.

What I find somewhat surprising is Trump’s plan to pardon the latest Long Island Serial Killer Rex Heuerermann (“LISK”) – the serial sex killer that may have killed dozens but definitely killed at least ten.

My contacts at Justice claim that Trump feels Rex is some sort of iconic figure in the Republican Party.

If you look closely it is not really all that shocking.

President Biden’s DOJ prosecuted nearly 1,600 of the January 6, 2021, rioters – many for acts of staggering violence against police as well as government offices.

Then came January 20, 2025 – President Trump’s inauguration. In one of his first official acts Trump issued a sweeping grant of clemency to all of the rioters charged in connection with the attack on the Capitol. He pardoned most defendants. He commuted the sentences of 14 members of the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers militia, most of whom had been convicted of seditious conspiracy.

But Trump's pardons and commutations for people he has called “patriots” did not cleanse extensive criminal records or any other criminal charges that they are facing.

There are dozens of defendants with prior convictions or pending charges for crimes including rape, sexual abuse of a minor, domestic violence, manslaughter, production of child sexual abuse material and drug trafficking.

One of those defendants, Matthew Huttle, was recently shot and killed by law enforcement in Indiana during a traffic stop just days after receiving a pardon for his role in the Capitol riot.

In 2023, Huttle pleaded guilty to entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds on Jan. 6th. He received a sentence of six months in prison. Huttle “has an extensive criminal history that demonstrates a pattern and practice of disrespecting and disobeying the rule of law, which is consistent with his actions on January 6, 2021,” argued prosecutors. In one incident, Huttle beat up his three year old son. For that offense he received 2.5 years of imprisonment. Prosecutors also noted repeated arrests for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Even after Jan. 6th, Huttle continued to rack up state charges in Indiana. Less than a week after he received a pardon from Trump, Huttle was fatally shot in an altercation with a sheriff's deputy, according to Indiana State Police. A proud patriot bit the dust. A hero’s death.

Theodore Middendorf was accused by Illinois prosecutors of “Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child.” Prosecutors said in a court filing that Middendorf “committed an act of sexual penetration.” Indiana state records indicate that Middendorf's victim was 7 years old.

Middendorf entered a guilty plea in that case in May 2024 and was sentenced to 19 years in prison. He is now a registered as a sex offender but he’s not going anywhere anytime soon.

Separately, Middendorf pleaded guilty to destruction of government property for striking a window at the U.S. Capitol with a flagpole on Jan. 6th. He had not yet been sentenced for his role in the Capitol riot when Trump pardoned him.

Peter Schwartz had a “jaw-dropping criminal history of 38 prior convictions going back to 1991.” Then he assaulted police officers with pepper spray on Jan. 6th, according to federal prosecutors. At his sentencing hearing prosecutors described a 1994 disorderly conduct case for throwing a “lit cigarette at a victim” and striking her “in her eyes;” a 2004 case for assault with a deadly weapon; a 2019 case for “terroristic threats” when he threatened police while under arrest for domestic assault; and a 2020 case of assaulting his wife “including by biting her on the forehead and punching her multiple times.” Given that history, prosecutors maintained, “The only reliable method of protecting the community from Schwartz in the future is to remove him from the community for as long as possible.” Federal judge Amit Mehta gave Schwartz one of the toughest prison sentences stemming from the Capitol riot – more than 14 years.

Less than four years after Schwartz's arrest, Trump's pardon freed him from prison.

Trump's pardons apply only to people “convicted of offenses related to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021.” As a result, some Jan. 6th defendants are still facing criminal charges from other alleged incidents.

David Daniel of Mint Hill, N.C., is charged with “Production of Child Pornography” and “Possession of Child Pornography,” which allegedly “involved a prepubescent minor” and a child under 12 years. “The government's forecast of evidence is compelling and suggests Defendant engaged in sexual acts with two young girls in his own family,” Magistrate Judge David Keesler wrote of the case against Daniel. This sounds more like a West Virginia man to me. In any event, “it is also alleged he took and kept photos of the genitalia of the victims. The mother of one victim (Defendant's ex−wife) appeared in court to request that Defendant not be released.” Because of those findings, Judge Keesler ordered Daniel to remain in detention pending trial. Daniel has pleaded not guilty to the charges in North Carolina and that case remains pending.

Separately, Daniel pleaded guilty to a charge of assaulting police officers on Jan. 6th, but he had not yet been sentenced. Trump dismissed that case. He is not the only defendant facing ongoing criminal charges.

Arrest warrant records alleged that Daniel Ball of Florida threw an “explosive device that detonated upon at least 25 officers” during the Capitol riot and also “forcefully” shoved police trying to protect the building. According to charging documents, Ball had a criminal record before his arrest for Jan. 6th, including “Domestic Violence Battery by Strangulation,” “Resisting Law Enforcement with Violence,” and “Battery on Law Enforcement Officer.”

When federal agents arrested Ball on the Jan. 6th charges, they discovered that he was also in possession of a gun and ammunition, which was illegal given his criminal history, according to prosecutors. In addition to the Jan. 6th charges, a grand jury in Florida handed down a separate indictment against Ball in August 2024 for “Possession of a Firearm or Ammunition by a Convicted Felon.”

Ball pleaded not guilty to his Capitol riot charges. Trump dismissed his case. But Trump's pardon did not resolve his gun case. On Jan. 22, 2025 Ball was rearrested on the Florida gun charges. That case remains pending.

As of May 2025 Trump stated that he was considering a pardon for the men convicted of conspiring to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer although by June he is quoted as saying he would not.

The Trump administration has agreed to pay a five million dollars to the family of Ashli Babbitt who was shot and killed by a Capitol police officer while breaching the US Congress on January 6, 2021. Capitol Police Chief Tom Manger told CBS he is “extremely disappointed” with the decision. The officer involved in her shooting has been cleared of any wrongdoing. Babbitt was part of a group that smashed windows in an effort to enter the chamber of the House of Representatives while it was still in session, forcing lawmakers to delay certification and flee for safety. Video of the incident shows her being shot in the shoulder after attempting to climb through a door. She later died in a hospital.

The wrongful death lawsuit filed by Babbitt's family claimed that the decision to open fire by Capitol Police officer Michael Byrd was negligent. They further falsely alleged that Babbitt's hands were in the air when she was shot. Byrd defended the decision to fire his gun, saying the group of lawmakers and security “were essentially trapped” and had “no way to retreat.”

In August 2021, a Capitol Police review found that Mr. Byrd's decision saved lives. A justice department review also found no evidence of any police wrongdoing. Meanwhile Chief Manger said in a statement: “This settlement sends a chilling message to law enforcement officers across our nation – especially those who have a protective mission like ours,” he added.

Orange pedophile Trump in March told conservative news outlet Newsmax that he's “a big fan of Ashli Babbitt. He lied when he said she was “innocently standing there” when she was shot … “a man did something unthinkable to her when he shot her, and I think it's a disgrace.”

While Trump’s Pardon of Rex is not exactly astonishing his plans to nominate him for the position of Secretary of Defense is positively shocking. Even after Trump’s nomination of a drunk, sexual predator – former FOX news personality Pete Hegseth – whom Rex will replace.

In the months after Rex Heuerermann’s arrest, the FBI and Secret Service extracted and analyzed data from each of the over 350 electronic devices they grabbed from the warrant execution. That fat fuck loved electronics more than food. They found rotund Rex’s big fat collection of violent bondage and torture pornography dating back to 1994.
